My sensor is not charging. What now?

The charger should be plugged into a charging block with at least ?? amps of power. Your phone block will most likely work.
Make sure the sensor is removed from the link and the “n” logo is facing down.
Place the sensor in the middle of the charging pad. If the pad and sensor do not light up, remove the sensor and place it back down.
